Version 16.0 was just released.
I changed the formulas that calculate the cost of traits depending on Self Control and Frequency of Appearance values; it's now possible to select any SC or FoA from 3 to 18, with these results:

I also added a color scheme for "setup" or "config" cells. These cells are editable cells, previously marked with green background color like the other input cells, but contain values that rarely should be altered during play, like Tech Level, skill difficulty and World gravity.
A new "house rule" is added. If this rule is turned on, results of formulas in "Calculations" sheet are presented in metric units, if it's off, imperial units are used.
I fixed a couple of small bugs, too.
