The world looks like North America: in so much as there are large cities linked by long highways with lots of varied wilderness outside of town. Sure its TL3/4, the cities aren't so large etc, but magic keeps things going.

Ths PCs are an outlaw gang. They are involved in raiding other groups bases, protecting friendly convoys, dealing magic gear, dishing out justice, avoiding the law and stopping other gangs from moving into their territory.
