He's got Bad Temper, which means he has a chance of going Berserk just because someone told him he was ugly. Which he is.

And all the HT and HP in the world don't help after someone has taken advantage of your lack of defenses to stab out your eyes.

For comparison, here's a half-ogre knight with Gigantism I put together for my game. I've only seen him fight in one or two combats, but he's pretty boss:
