This gets into the really weird thing that when you spend 200 hours on a learnable advantage, the benefit of the training becomes highly dependent on the usefulness thereof, ranging from +5 (Hyperspec) to +½ (Hard Technique). I think that's rather perverse and contrary to how learnable things (such as skills and skill-perks), as opposed to 'detached' advantages (like Wealth, Allies or Serendipity) work.
