Yes, they put the Dragons rules where Dragons: Four More should go (except that it doesn't HAVE any rules). I'll have to consult with IT on the best way to handle that.

They don't have expansions like Oz, Pathfinder, and Legends do, so it's cleaner to treat them as one-off fantasy sets.

Bear in mind that this is something we're actively working on, and that we started with games because those are the ones that have a LOT of rules. We're working on other rules as we can get to them, but getting those files requires time from our overworked production department and it's not going to happen immediately.
