Please don't add any more questions to a large, multiple question thread. Andrew only added your question 13 because you already had a list going. That was not meant to imply that we want many questions in a thread. We prefer one question, or multiple questions if they are related, but those are preferences, not requirements. The problem is that the more questions, the more chances for tangents, which make it harder for us as moderators and rules experts to track down where a conversation is at any given moment, and if someone gives an incorrect answer before we can answer, and we miss the incorrect answer because of conversational flow, someone might get the wrong impression. Normally, if we had time, we'd actually try breaking up the questions in a thread like this, but lately, neither of us has what I'd call a surplus. Thanks!
