Sorry for this messy question. This is what happened.
Kick the door:

Shows up the card : "Dragged Off to Snarkham Asylum" that it say: if you are cultist, discard your cultist card and pick a replacement class from the discard pile. If you are not a cultist, became a cultist.

She was a proffesor, so she lose proffesor class and become cultist right? So she use super munchkin to be a proffesor and a cultist. She can do that?

I rephrase the question because the card don't say lose your class
