So is anyone interested in said thread? We'll have to keep it polite, of course, but I don't mind.

On the other note, I could see this as something you might run across in a Transhuman space game. I don't think it would be a very successful product, but I imagine there might have been a limited production run. It would make a nice little horrifying detail for the players to stumble across.
