LOL, I don't think Hell signed the Geneva Convention unless it was part of some bit of absurdity to screw up warfare for guys who like to go all-out, like Michael. "Of course you can hate each other. Just make sure you hate each other by the rules! Yes, I know he was going to kill you, but that's no excuse for shooting him with that kind of bullet..." (Or perhaps some insidious way to make warfare more "tolerable" so we'd be more prone to launch ourselves into it? "They signed the Geneva Convention. They'll be civilized about war. Let's go!")
