Well, let me put it this way -- I'm pricing tickets to Langley AFB (Norfolk, VA) right now for a work trip in July, and I have to fly all night for about $800 just to get there, forget the hotel and meals. So, flights, three nights hotel and meals and incidentals (at the government rate) comes to $800 + $369 + 195 or about $1364 if the trip was next month. If I had to get there tonight, the plane ticket would probably be about double! That's one of the problems when you don't live close to a major airport here in Northern California!
