The Veggie race states that no matter how many hand items you have equipped, you always have 2 free hands. Are we correct in thinking that these two hands can be filled with more hand items, effectively giving them infinite hands (keeping in mind one complex item of course). This would seem a decent trade off for the armor, headgear, footgear restriction, especially if you have an abundance of hand items and few of the others, especially considering the number of lasers now.

I can't think of another reason or use for having two free hands that can't hold anything, but was wondering if that text was added in due to items in game like Handy Foot, Permanent Wave and the new Gripping Hand.
