Hello, there!

If I'm playing a Halfling Ranger deck, my hero is unzapped, I have a 1 health creature in my stash, and an unzapped Fizbandantelminster in my hoard: Can I play Ooh, Shiny!, triggering Fizbandantelminster's ability, then use my hero ability to regenerate my 1 health creature, and then finish resolving Ooh, Shiny! to unzap my hero?

This is a weird combination of timing events, and it's left me a little confused.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
