I probably wouldn't base it on Body Language, unless it's a very generous Technique thereof. Probably Observation or just a Per-based Driving roll. It doesn't cover a very large body of knowledge, and it can only give very simple information... and I suggest it's not a very difficult thing to do in the first place. So call it an Easy Technique, defaults at +2 (say) to Observation or Driving (Per), or Body Language +3.
