Not as much a quote as a slapstick element...

Call of Cthulhu campaign. American investigators in Europe. Just left Romania, and now in Scotland. Asked by NPC running a village post office what the party was doing in the Highlands of Scotland, a PC answered "Oh... we're tourists".

Now, we are three Australians and a Norwegian, with an English GM. So we were doing our best / worst American tourists impersonations, whilst an Englishman was doing a whole host of Scottish accents. Our 2nd generation Korean FLGS manager found it very amusing. I am just happy that no Americans or Scots wandered into the store whilst we were playing. The words "British" and "Scottishers" were used repeatedly.
