Essentially it's about a company specializing in Body Language, Psychology, Detect Lies, voice stress analysis (BTW, what skill covers that?) etc., doing odd social jobs for whoever's paying (jealous husband, investigating police, CIA trying to figure the less-obvious stuff from a terrorist's video message etc.). About the same level of hypercompetence of lead characters as in Dexter and House - no less realistic than usual for the genre.
