If the person themselves does not emit any odor, but the odors of everything they're carrying, wearing, have walked through recently, etc., cling to them normally, I'd just call it a Perk. If the person just completely dampens all odors on or near their body, being scentless no matter what, then it's Obscure (Smell; Always On; Stealthy). A two-yard radius is reasonable as-is for affecting "walked through a cloud of Chinese-food steam" odors, but if you only want it to affect personal ones, add a limitation, "No area effect" (-50% is fair).
