I realized that I don't actually have any villains posted up here, so I thought I'd rectify that. I posted a bit of this back in the original Minor League Supers thread, but now it's fully fleshed out.

Until her powers manifested, Lily Hunter was a college dropout living with her parents in Seattle. The only thing that made her stand out was a long string of failed relationships. Things have changed since then; maybe the powers corrupted her, or maybe they just provided opportunity. Regardless, as it stands now, she’s an ambitious, murderous sociopath. In the eight months that she’s had her powers, she’s killed more than half a dozen people and used and tossed aside a few dozen more. Lily only has two rules in using her powers: The initial seduction must be entirely genuine, and no killing or seriously harming women (no particular reason, she just likes them better). Beyond that, anything is fair game: Manipulating people, killing (though she limits that for practical reasons), breaking up relationships, stealing, and so on.
