Default Re: [Supers] Malice - A low-powered supers setting

I still haven't decided if I'm going to increase the top-level power like I said I was considering, but here's a non-public 1000-pointer I built. He's currently unknown, but has a lot of potential for superheroics in the future.

Isaac Jensen

Age: 26
Height: 6’2”
Weight: 200 lb
Sex: Male
Race: White
Hair: Short, curly brown
Eyes: Brown
Powers: Extreme luck

Isaac Jensen is still not completely aware that he has powers, much less some of the most powerful powers in the world. All he knows is that in the past few months, he’s had an incredible run of good luck. However, an incident a few days ago has given him an inkling of what power he has. When he was driving home from a party, his car was T-boned by a drunk driver, and he crashed through his front windshield and flew several yards before crashing into the ground. Somehow, he managed to roll with it and emerge uninjured, with his car suffering only minor damage. Since then, he’s been trying to figure out if it’s something more than mundane luck protecting him.

Some notes on advantages: The IT:DR doesn't actually represent an ability to tank more damage, but the fact that wounds were only glancing blows. Independent Income represents unexpected windfalls, gambling, and scratch-offs. The limitation on his Wild Talent means he needs some kind of justification for how he could know. He could justify Surgery with Wikipedia articles and medical TV shows, but Weird Science to operate a machine in a mad scientist's laboratory would be right out.
