I think it's thoroughly worth having. What it amounts to is Rapid Healing [5] + HP 10 (Only to increase healing rate, -50%) [10]. You could argue for up to -80% in games without healing everywhere, but in
this game, HP are as valuable for this purpose as for soaking damage directly, as healing happens after every fight and Healing spells are penalized when recast on the same person.
A lot of professions have "must-have" advantages that aren't mandatory. You don't
have to give your low-armor barbarian either Tough Skin or VRH, or your armored knight Armor Mastery, or your bare-fisted martial artist Unarmed Mastery, but odds are most such delvers will have those traits.
