There's a couple of choices in Wales if you're flexible on the location in Scotland.
And speaking of Wales, fandom insists I add the
Craig-Y-Nos Castle, currently a hotel in real life and not owned by the Royal Family. Though I'm sure they could afford it if you like the reference.
