Nothing special. What could you possibly come up with as an effect if the Monster is Undead Undead? Nothing easy, so if it says Undead on it, you don't have to remember that it's Undead since you already have an indicator on it. . .

No. You fought a Monster, so you can't Look For Trouble. It doesn't matter how you found the Monster.
