Kromm disagrees with me about how much it's worth. In a private message I wrote: "...how would you value limiting your improvements to certain traits? Would it make sense to determine the value to limit your MA to those traits and then add -20% for improve only? For example, if Skills Only is -10% then Improve Skills Only would be -30%?"

When one of those limitations is -20% (for improve only), that works out to -20% + 4/5 * limitation2. So "Limited, Improve Attacks Only" would be -36%. And "Limited, Improve Afflictions Only" would be -44%.
