Yeah, "One use per unique trigger" is a variation on Trigger and probably should tack on -10% or so. There really isn't something like this already?

It's no different than hand catch parries. You can parry and grapple as a defense, or just grapple on your turn. You don't get to attack as a free action just because you know Judo.

1) Anything you aren't paying 10 to 1 for is 90% less expensive.

Survivable Guns makes that 11d (4). Armor Revisited would have DR 154+ stopping this cold. Even DR 75 reduces it to 6d pi. If you use the body hits rule too, this is unlikely to be instantly fatal...
