Just remember combat darts aren't the little thing that you play in the pub with, but reather big like the controversial "lawn darts" game.

First you use your normal DX base fencing skill (Rapier, Small sword or Saber) you don't need s special telekinetic skill.

Strikers default to the Brawling skill as their base skill, and which technquiues are availed are based on that, unless you the rules from GURPS Martial Arts like the Weapon Adaptation perk

There is a reason I opened up with most of this falls under imbuements, the work around of this interaction of powers and gear are complicated, hence why the imbuement subsystem was published.
