I think a RAW path to build this might be to look at Warp with Blink, but I get bogged down taking out the passive/defensive elements. In theory the lowest it could cost going this route is [20].

As if there were no compartments. Disrupting concentration is something done to you, not by you. There's nothing in the trait description that says having a compartment frees...

In my still-in-development disaggregation of stats project, HT encompasses two subtraits, Constitution and Fitness. With Fitness as an attribute I would eliminate the Advantage spectrum.
