In the glorious tradition of digital speculation welcome to the 12th annual w23 Digital releases and speculation thread!
This series of threads was started by SCAR for 2009, Jalapeno Dude for 2010, 2011, 2012, Ghostdancer for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Refplace 2017, 2018, 2019

The CreateSpace option is another venue and makes some out of print physical copies available to us again. It is a new feature started at the end of 2016 and seems to be expanding nicely.
And what we all hope will lead to more exposure for GURPS some books are now available on Drivethrough RPG

This year I expect to see several TFT releases so its getting a counter at the bottom of the main post, along with the GURPS line.
Third Party licencing is set up for TFT and Douglas Cole at Gaming Ballistic though they and Kickstarter projects tend to confuse this thread as hey dont follow the regular process and are often published elsewhere before coming to W23 as digital product.

• Girl Genius Sourcebook and RPG (by Jason "PK" Levine and others): PK editing existing text and writing more, aiming for 2013 release as of May 27th; is on administrative hold; In Production, not sure when this page was made; Brief history of project by Kromm; word of mouth that its moving forward again; Becoming a reality! Looked over the manuscript from SJG added stuff and about ready to send it back to SJG.; Turned in finished manuscript; Kromm started editing, no ETA as its a long manuscript but at least the ball is rolling.; continued editing.; Editing continues, That's a lengthy commitment, so it's liable to sit on this list for a few more months.; Very close to beingthrough editing and headed to layout soon; Editing finished and files sent in.; with the Foglios to fill art spots. • Unknown GURPS item Volume 1 (by David Pulver): I'm not doing anything called Template Toolkit, though besides the TFT stuff and GURPS Vehicle Design, and one of the books in the Indefinite Hold section, I do have two other non-TFT books not mentioned in the list that I'm working on.; Volume 1 With author to write first draft. • GURPS Realm Management (by Christopher Rice): Has a signed contract, on the backburner for a bit while work on smaller projects; I began brainstorming some more on my bigger GURPS project (which I'm going to call 'SNO-51' from now on) and doing some more outline work. Lots of red string. Lots of index cards. I think it'll prove rather interesting to some gamers.; I outlined and contracted a new GURPS volume. Codenamed "SNO-51" this is something gamers have asked for repeatedly, but has not yet been done for GURPS.; finished the first draft.; Playtest call and title announced; Playtest over and Final Draft on target for April; Sent to production. • Calypso-4 a TFT adventure 'Five Perilous Journeys' with J Edward Tremlett (by Christopher Rice): Calypso-4 is two fifths of the way turned in with my writing partner J. Edward Tremlett currently working on number three. Were shooting for finished work by August 1 that is basically one adventure per month. • The Mostly Kromm Rumors Section (by Steve Jackson Games): Approved 1 project, reviewed another, and have a few in the wind. Trying to kick off the New Year by getting new material into the pipeline.; Approved a new proposal; 12 first drafts in progress!; Several ultra-short drafts have lept into the Production queue, including volumes for GURPS Boardroom and Curia, GURPS Dungeon Fantasy, GURPS Monster Hunters, and GURPS Steampunk.; Reviewed a draft of in the Fantasy Folk series. (Total hints: 5 as of Jul 23 2020)
• The Gaming Ballistic Rumors Section (by Douglas Cole): Reached agreement to produce from 4 to 10 TFT adventures in PDF. Three full length (64-128 page) Nordlond adventures/mini-settings for the Dungeon Fantasy RPG; Planned release schedule for 2019; Citadel at Nordvorn and DF item Dungeon Grappling (Fantastic Dungeon Grappling) both shipped a while ago.; Nordlondr Folk and Hand of Asgard prepress file shipped in Dec 2019, final files due in Feb 2020.; Forest's End (96 page setting/adventure) is in Art/Layout and will go to print in Feb 2020; Dragons of Rosgarth is in editing, will go to print Feb 2020 as well.; TFT Adventure Group 1 finished fulfillment in December 2019.; TFT Adventure Group 2 expected to hit crowdfunding in late Q12020. This pushes out the dates from the "pipeline" section by quite a bit, but is realistic.; Nordlondr Bestiary is a late 2020 item.; Short Nordlond-based supplement 1 is in discussion with author; Short Nordlond-based supplement 2 is in planning to be written by Doug. • Unnamed Project (by unknown): A book about what to do in your vehicle (vs. vehicle design). Tentative titles: GURPS Vehicle Action or GURPS Vehicles in Action as seen here; working on one of the books in the Indefinite Hold section.. (Total hints: 2 as of Jan 25 2019)
• Unknown GURPS 4th edition conversion (by Jason "PK" Levine): probably unknown item in prepress as of January GURPS News; edited draft submitted as of March 25th, 2011; Unverified speculation this is a conversion of All in a Night's Work. (Total hints: 3 as of Dec 03 2013)
• GURPS Vehicle Design (by David Pulver): Being discussed by Kromm as of January 7th, 2011; major revised draft undergoing extensive playtest and multiple revisions as of December 30th, 2010; final draft in early 2011 probable; final problems solved and possible book expected in mid-2013; needs 3-4 weeks of time; David Pulver plans on "devoting time" to this book; David has been advised on style issues; has seen more progress; David has sent in a near finished draft; has seen some movement; has lurched forward some; still being revised; David Pulver posted manuscript submitted late 2017; staff confirmation and discussion about the manuscript. Do not expect this anytime soon. (Total hints: 14 as of May 24 2018)
• GURPS IST (by Bob Schroeck): is tentative, but looks like its in the pipeline. (Total hints: 1 as of Dec 22 2015)

That's 20 possible future releases that have been discussed thus far (this does not include entries under the on indefinite hold/rumor/vaporware heading).
