it was announced awhile ago. I saw the prototypes at ITTD and looks like it will be fun.

Remember this is a Gloom game, not a Munchkin game (probably should be moved to the other games but I don't have that power)

Oh, I must be confused about how the naming conventions work then. I was under the impression that when the word "Munchkin" is first, that it's a Munchkin game themed with whatever is after. Like Munchkin Pathfinder or Munchkin Adventure Time. But you're saying that this is actually a Gloom game themed with Munchkin characters?

That is correct. (also note: munchkin panic uses this formatting)

I picked this up the other day but have yet to play it. I love Gloom, the transparent cards are a talking point and if you have a born story teller (like my sister) at the table the game gets very funny.

I like the fact that the cards are full-colour, and John Kovalic's artwork only adds to the appeal, as good as the artwork for Gloom is. It makes it feel far more light-hearted.

EDIT: The name goes with Gloom's naming conventions, Cthulhu Gloom, Fairytale Gloom, Munchkin Gloom.
