[TG] Adapting for Mental Grappling
 
Supers mentions "Mental Grappling". Has anyone considered adapting Technical Grappling for this purpose. Maybe use Will to attack and Mental Strength (p. B209) to defend... any thoughts

It was a good article and readily works for Mind Control type abilities including spells, powers, psi and even cyberpsi.
It severely weakens powers compared to the default which I felt was best done by calling it a campaign feature. A limitation may be more accurate but I wanted to keep the costs high enough for the setting.
